14-508: POLICE ASSISTANCE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY:
When it is anticipated by private property owners, that an event of a type defined in section 14-501 of this chapter will take place on the owner's premises and when the owner determines that crowd management is beyond the owners' capability to control, the owner may request the assistance of the city police department. The owner shall advise the city police department in writing of the following:
   A.   Date and place of the event;
   B.   Nature of the event;
   C.   Area of owner's property to which the event is to be restricted;
   D.   Authority of the city of Duncan to make arrests for trespass by any participant in the event of entry onto restricted portions of the property;
   E.   Affidavit requesting that the city police enter on the owner's property for purposes of crowd control. (Ord. 1625, 4-11-2006)
