The place of the parade may be restricted to a location described by the city manager when said permit request is approved. The location of the parade may be limited to specific areas upon any street, park or other public place in order to ensure crowd management, preclude disruptive movement and ensure no interference with general traffic, public safety or access to public buildings, parks, sidewalks, parking areas or other public place.
