4-209: RELEASE FOR RESEARCH PROHIBITED:

No animal impounded in the City Animal Shelter or its authorized agent pursuant to the authority of this part shall be released or delivered to any institution for research, experimentation, testing or other scientific purposes. (Ord. 1510, 8-8-2000)
