A. All persons are hereby prohibited from walking, riding or driving upon, across or over any part of any street, alley or sidewalk in the city while such part thereof is being paved, surfaced, excavated or repaired. (Prior code § 19-12)
B. The city shall follow guidelines of the "Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices" pertaining to street, alley and/or sidewalk closures. (Prior code § 19-12; amd. 2015 Code)
