13-616: ENFORCEMENT:

After the effective date of this chapter, any person, firm or agent thereof that intentionally violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, for the conviction of which, the maximum penalty by law may be imposed. Each day's continuing violation is a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. 1766, 3-14-2017)
