13-615: APPEALS:
The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, and general welfare. Wherever the requirements of this chapter differ with the requirements of any other adopted City, State or Federal regulations, the most restrictive or that imposing the highest standard shall govern.
Any and all appeals shall be heard by the City Attorney or Assistant City Attorney. The City Attorney or Assistant City Attorney shall have the discretion to administratively adjust the requirements consistent with the purpose of equity. Any appeal or variance determination of the City Attorney or Assistant City Attorney shall be considered administratively final. (Ord. 1766, 3-14-2017)
