The City of Duncan Mayor and Council according to the following procedure may amend the provisions and requirements of this chapter:
No amendment shall become effective unless it has been proposed by or shall have been reviewed by the City of Duncan Addressing Coordinator. The City of Duncan 911 Addressing Coordinator shall have forty five (45) days in which to review the proposed amendment and to make the recommendations to Mayor and Council. If Mayor and Council fail to report within forty five (45) days it shall be deemed to have approved the proposed amendment. (Ord. 1766, 3-14-2017)
