13-603: NUMBERING SYSTEM:
   A.   Frontage unit (standard interval) shall be assigned for every 5.28 feet of ground whether improved property or vacant lot on every street within the entire geographical area of City of Duncan.
   B.   Even numbers shall always be on the south and east side of the street and odd numbers shall always be on the north and west side of the street.
   C.   There should be no use of fractional addresses, alphanumeric address numbers, nor hyphenated address numbers.
   D.   Diagonal streets should be treated as either north-south or east-west streets.
   E.   When assigning numbers to corner lots, use the driveway.
   F.   Apartments and other multi-tenant structures should be numbered with the main building and then assigned apartment numbers as secondary location indicators (e.g., 202 W. Main St., Apt. 303, this indicates the apartment is on the third floor). If a building has a separate entrance for each unit then each entrance will receive an address.
   G.   Businesses and business districts should be numbered just as apartments, with the middle of the building determining the number and the offices or businesses in the building being numbered as suites. Office parks may also have one (1) primary address number along with a building number and/or suite number. (Ord. 1766, 3-14-2017)
