4-201: OFFICE OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER CREATED; POWERS AND DUTIES:

The office of animal control officer is hereby created. The animal control officer shall be responsible for the enforcement of this part and is hereby authorized to file complaints in the municipal court for violations of this part. (Ord. 1510, 8-8-2000)
