4-103: EXEMPTIONS:

Hospitals, clinics, the animal shelter or its contracted agent, and other premises operated by veterinarians for the care and treatment of animals are exempt from the provisions of this part, except where such duties are expressly stated. (Ord. 1510, 8-8-2000)
