12-1011: REVIEW AND APPROVAL:
   A.   All documentation and plans required by this section must be approved by the city prior to their implementation:
      1.   In the instance of subdivisions, a certificate of approval shall be filed with the planning commission as a part of the preliminary plat and improvement plan record; and
      2.   In the instance of developments other than subdivisions, approval shall be attached to the building permit, if required, or issued as a separate certificate to the developer. Approval shall be subject to the submission of executed drainage easements or rights of way dedications, as appropriate.
   B.   The city may submit any required documents to other state or federal agencies or consultants, in addition to any city department for their review and comment prior to the city's approval. (Ord. 1387, 1-30-1996)
