A. Where one or more parties has contributed to the extension in amounts above their proportional benefit, such parties shall be reimbursed from tap fee assessments in proportion to their excess contributions.
B. Upon reimbursement of any excess contributions, all subsequent assessments shall be deposited in the general fund of the Duncan public utilities authority. (Ord. 1354, 8-9-1994)
