A. The manager shall cause a preliminary evaluation of the request and an estimate of costs to be prepared. This evaluation shall include:
1. An estimate of the costs attributable to each property benefiting from such extension in accordance with the provisions of this section;
2. The approximate cost of engineering and construction permitting through the Oklahoma state department of health; and
3. The availability and ability of the city/authority to secure the construction of the facility with current personnel and equipment.
B. The preliminary report of the manager shall be provided to the parties requesting the extension and the council/authority. (Ord. 1354, 8-9-1994)
