Should the council/authority approve participation in the major trunk line extension, the applicant shall be notified to proceed with preparation of plans and specifications for such extension. Should request for participation be denied the applicant shall be advised to proceed with the design of the extension in sufficient size to serve the needs of the applicant, provided that the minimum size for such facility shall be eight inches (8") in diameter.
