A. The manager shall cause a report and recommendations on such request to be prepared for the consideration of the council/authority. Such report shall include an itemization of material costs for the proposed major trunk line extension and the cost of equivalent materials for an eight inch (8") diameter main. The report of the manager shall also indicate:
1. The capacity of the city/authority to install the proposed extension;
2. The estimated time required to perform such installation; and
3. Whether the proposed extension would require contract services for any work which cannot be performed with existing personnel and equipment. (Ord. 1354, 8-9-1994)
