Should the council/authority approve participation in the excess capacity sanitary sewer facility, the applicant shall be notified to proceed with preparation of plans, specifications and bid documents for such extension. Should the council/authority deny the request for participation, the applicant shall be advised to proceed with the design of sanitary sewer improvements necessary to meet minimum service requirements of the applicant's property or development.
