A. Parties desiring city participation in major sanitary sewer extensions shall submit a written request for such participation to the manager. The request shall include a preliminary engineering report indicating:
1. The approximate alignment and size of sanitary sewer facilities necessary to serve the applicant's property or development;
2. The alignment and size of sanitary sewer facilities providing excess capacity; and
3. Summary of estimated quantities and costs for construction of the required excess capacity facility. (Ord. 1354, 8-9-1994)
