3-211: INTOXICATING LIQUORS NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES:

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation engaged in the retail sale of any low point beer to allow any person or persons to drink on the premises where such beverages are sold or offered for sale, any wine, whiskey, brandy or other alcoholic beverages. (1985 Code; amd. 2015 Code)
