3-209: MISREPRESENTING AGE:

It is unlawful for any person to misrepresent his age to any "retail dealer", as herein defined, for the purpose of obtaining, or attempting to obtain any "low point beer", as herein defined, for consumption upon the premises of such retail dealers. (1985 Code; amd. 2015 Code)
