A. "Possession" under the terms of this chapter shall consist of actual physical possession and shall further include any low point beer accessible or within the range of reach of hands of any such person.
B. It is unlawful for a minor to consume or be in possession of any low point beer while such person is upon any public street, avenue, alley, road, highway or public building or place or on any city owned property. (Ord. 1211, 9-27-1983; amd. 2015 Code)
