There is hereby levied on each retail dealer in low point beer within the city selling such low point beer for consumption on or off the premises of the dealer's place of business, a license fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per annum, and on each retail dealer selling such low point beer exclusively in original packages (of not less than case lots) and not for consumption on his premises, a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per annum. A separate license fee shall be paid for each "place of business", as herein defined, operated and conducted by the retail dealer. (Prior code § 5-1; amd. 2015 Code)
