3-119: NOT TO PERMIT INTOXICATED PERSON IN CAFE, CLUB:

No person operating a cafe, restaurant, club, or any place of recreation within this City, and no employee engaged in connection with the operation of such a cafe, restaurant, club or place of recreation shall permit any person to be drunk or intoxicated in the place of business. (1985 Code)
