There is hereby established a telecommunications commission consisting of five (5) members to be recommended by the mayor. The city council of the city shall confirm the mayor's recommendations. The commissioners shall be appointed for overlapping three (3) year terms and shall serve until their respective successors have been appointed and qualified. (Ord. 1330, 1992)
