The chairperson shall provide to the mayor, by report on a semiannual basis, the attendance records of the voting members. Any voting member who has more than fifty percent (50%) absences from regular meetings held during a six (6) month period shall be replaced. A successor shall be selected by the mayor or council member as established under the composition of the board. (Ord. 1361, 9-13-1994)
