A. The advisory board shall consist of five (5) members who shall be citizens of the city. Members shall be appointed from each ward by the council member of that ward. There shall be one member appointed by the mayor to serve as an at large representative.
B. There shall be one ex officio, nonvoting, member selected from the mayor and city council to act as liaison between the advisory board and the mayor and city council. In addition, the city council shall select an ex officio member who shall be current president of the Garden Club. (Ord. 1361, 9-13-1994)
