The members of the audit committee shall serve a term of two (2) years from the date of appointment or until such sooner time when said council member leaves office. Upon the occurrence of a council member leaving office, the mayor shall immediately appoint a seated council person to serve the remainder of the term. (Ord. 1484, 4-26-1999)
