A. No person in a park shall:
1. Fail to comply with all the applicable provisions of the municipal motor vehicles traffic laws or the state motor vehicles traffic laws in regard to equipment and operation of vehicles, together with such regulations as are contained in this chapter;
2. Drive any motor propelled vehicle to include off road vehicles regardless of the number of wheels, on any area except park roads, paved or unpaved, or parking areas or such other areas as may be designated for vehicular traffic by the city council and such use shall be in compliance with subsection A1 of this section; or
3. Ride a bicycle on other than a paved vehicular road or path designated for that purpose. A bicyclist shall be permitted to wheel or push a bicycle by hand over any grassy area or wooded trail or on any paved area reserved for pedestrian use. (Prior code § 15-22; amd. Ord. 1303, 7-24-1990)
