The mayor of the city of Duncan, Oklahoma, shall nominate two (2) individuals to serve on the city of Duncan audit committee. The audit committee, as appointed by the mayor of the city of Duncan, shall consist of two (2) seated council persons. The audit committee shall elect an individual who will act as chairman of the committee and perform such administrative duties as provided by ordinance. (Ord. 1484, 4-26-1999)
