The rules and regulations issued by the state department of health, Oklahoma department of environmental quality, and Oklahoma water resources board governing water districts, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the city, its designated water districts and lake areas. Any violation of such rules shall be punishable as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (Ord. 1496, 1-11-2000)
