A. The lake commission shall be vested with the power to make recommendations to the city council on matters dealing with making, adopting, amending or modifying rules and regulations governing boating, fishing, skiing, camping, concessions, cabins, and the use of the lake properties.
B. After approval by majority vote of the city council, the rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as an ordinance of the city. Any violation of the rules and regulations shall be punishable as provided by section 1-108 of this code.
C. Administration of the rules and regulations shall be the responsibility of the city manager or his designated representative. (Ord. 1496, 1-11-2000)
