The secretary shall provide to the city manager, by report on a semiannual basis, the attendance records of the voting members. Any voting member who has more than fifty percent (50%) absences from regular meetings held during a six (6) month period shall be subject to removal. Upon removal a successor member shall then be selected by the city manager. (Ord. 1496, 1-11-2000)
