The commission shall determine the time and place of its meetings and the chairman, the city manager or his designee, or any three (3) members can call special meetings. The commission may cancel the meetings upon sufficient notice.
Lake commission meetings shall follow the requirements of the open meetings act, 25 Oklahoma Statutes sections 301 - 304. Public notice of the date, time, place and agenda for the meetings shall be given in writing to the city clerk and posted in prominent public view at city hall. (Ord. 1496, 1-11-2000)
