11-202: ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

Every year at the time prescribed for the commencement of terms, or as soon as practicable, the commission shall elect a chairman, vice chairman and a secretary to serve for a term of one year. The secretary need not be a member of the commission. (Ord. 1496, 1-11-2000)
