There is hereby established a lake commission consisting of five (5) members, appointed by the city manager for staggered terms of five (5) years each. The term of one member shall begin at seven thirty o'clock (7:30) P.M. on the first Monday in May of each year. (Ord. 1658, 10-9-2007)
