11-111: RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CEMETERIES, CEMETERY OPERATIONS:

The city council from time to time by motion or resolution may adopt rules and regulations governing the cemetery. A copy of such rules and regulations, as amended from time to time, shall be kept in the clerk's office. Any violation of the rules or regulations shall be punishable as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (Ord. 1464, 7-14-1998)
