11-104: BURIAL RECORDS:
The cemetery superintendent shall maintain an accurate record of all burials in the city cemetery. This record shall be kept in a book furnished by the city and shall show the name, age, date of death, and date of interment of each body. The cemetery superintendent shall require before interring any body the necessary evidence that the body is entitled to be interred in a particular burial space. The cemetery superintendent shall appropriately mark each grave space where a body is interred as necessary for purposes of identification. (Ord. 1464, 7-14-1998)
