A. Any federal, state or county act, law, executive order, court order, rule, policy or regulation ordering the buy-back, confiscation or surrender of firearms, firearm accessories or ammunition from law-abiding citizens of the City of Duncan, Oklahoma is considered an infringement on the rights of the citizens of the City to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
B. All Law Enforcement Officers, and any other Department of the City of Duncan, Oklahoma, which receives any such action described in paragraph A of this section, shall, to the fullest extent possible, take all measures to protect the Second Amendment rights of the law-abiding citizens of the City of Duncan.
