It is unlawful for any person to park an automobile or other vehicle, or to place any structure or object on the driveway, parking area, yard, or any portion of the premises or property of another person or business, including, but not limited to, any restaurant, gasoline/filling station or other business, when the business is not open to the public for business without the expressed or tacit consent of the owner or person in charge thereof, or when necessary in the performance of a duty, or otherwise by authority of law or ordinance.
