9-1201: DEFINITIONS:

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:

APPLICANT: The owner/operator of a donation box.

DONATION BOX: A box, bin, or storage container used for the collection of clothing, shoes, small household items and other miscellaneous articles of personal property intended for resale or reuse. (Ord. 1729, 11-11-2014)
