A. It is unlawful for any person to deposit, throw or dispose of rubbish, garbage, litter, refuse or other trash or materials in waste or garbage receptacles provided to persons, firms, or corporations paying a fee to the city or public utilities authority.
B. Any individual using a trash receptacle of which he or she is not the owner, lessor, or ratepayer or named authorized user shall be guilty of an unlawful act regardless of the location of the receptacle.
C. Any individual guilty of violation of this section shall be subject to the provisions of section 8-523 of this chapter. (Ord. 1352, 7-26-1994)
