A. A food establishment permit for the operation of a food service establishment or restaurant may be temporarily suspended by the City of Duncan upon violation, by the holder, of any of the terms of this chapter. A "violation" being defined as noncompliance with health standards or the rules and regulations adopted herein.
B. In the event a permit for the operation of a restaurant is temporarily suspended by the City, the holder of the permit may request a reinspection within twenty four (24) hours in order to allow the holder to correct all violations and deficiencies noted in the inspection which caused the permit to be suspended.
C. A temporary revocation of a permit for the operation of a restaurant shall remain in effect until such time as all violations of the terms of this chapter are corrected or so long as the operation of the restaurant adversely affects the health of the public.
