8-205: INSPECTION OF FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS:
   A.   At least once every twelve (12) months, the Department of Community Development shall cause every food service establishment or restaurant located within the City to be inspected for compliance, proper maintenance and upkeep. Fixed food service establishments or restaurants will be inspected annually, by the Ward located during normal business hours.
Ward 1: January-March
Ward 2: April- May
Ward 3: June-August
Ward 4: September-October
   All other applicants will be inspected upon request of the Health Department or upon the application of a mobile, temporary or seasonal establishment.
   B.   Inspection reports shall be kept on file with the Department of Community Development. A copy of the inspection report shall be sent to the applicant. Duplicate copies of the inspection report shall be provided to the Stephens County Health Department and the City Clerk.
   C.   City inspectors conducting inspections of food service establishments or restaurants must note on the inspection report any and all violations, sanitation requirements, as well as all violations of the standards enumerated in the state rules and regulations adopted herein, to include all local ordinances and building codes as adopted by the City of Duncan.
