It is unlawful for any food service establishment or a restaurant, within the city or its police jurisdiction, to be in operation without a manager who has obtained a valid food service manager's permit issued by the City. The city permit will be issued after the applicant has obtained and is approved and listed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health, and has made payment of the permit.
