8-108: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, whether the same has been declared a nuisance or not, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (Ord. 1746, 12-8-2015)
