8-101: ACCUMULATION OF TRASH OR WEEDS UNLAWFUL; NUISANCE DECLARED:
   A.   It is unlawful for any owner and/or occupant of any lot, tract or parcel of land situated wholly or in part within the corporate limits of the city to allow trash or weeds to grow, stand or accumulate upon such premises, and it is the duty of such owner and/or occupant to remove or destroy any such trash or weeds.
   B.   It is unlawful for any owner and/or occupant of any lot, tract or parcel of land situated wholly or in part within the corporate limits of the city to allow trash or weeds to grow, stand or accumulate upon the alleyways or street rights of way adjacent to such premises, and it is the duty of such owner and/or occupant to remove or destroy any such trash or weeds.
   C.   It is hereby declared to be a public nuisance for any person to suffer or permit on premises within the city any violation of this section or any other trash or weeds as defined by this chapter. (Ord. 1746, 12-8-2015)
