7-522: USE OF FUNDS COLLECTED:

All taxes collected pursuant to provisions of this chapter shall be placed in the general fund of the city, shall be budgeted and appropriated annually by the city, and used exclusively for the purpose of encouraging, promoting and fostering conventions, tourism, and maintenance of facilities at the Simmons Center.
