The clerk of the court shall give bond, in the form provided by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 27-111. When executed, the bond shall be submitted to the city council for approval. When approved, it shall be filed with the clerk of this city and retained in the municipal archives. (Prior code § 12-16)
