In addition to water well drilling setback regulations as established by the OWRB as promulgated in chapter 35, subchapter 7 of well driller and pump installer licensing act, the following local setbacks and placement will apply to nonpotable water well uses:
A. Right of way and/or public easement: Ten feet (10');
B. Primary buildings: Ten feet (10'); and
C. Elevation certificate required when well is proposed to be located in the floodplain. (Ord. 1737, 4-28-2015)
