5-1706: VIOLATION AND PENALTIES:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in section 1-108 of this Code. Each separate day or any portion thereof during which any violation of this chapter occurs or continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1778, 5-22-2018)
