A. Any person who is required by this chapter to possess a building contractor's registration certificate shall make an application to the City of Duncan on application forms provided for that purpose by the City.
B. When the applicant has had a building contractor's registration certificate revoked in the past or has shown a history of incompetency in matters pertaining to such registration, or a lack of knowledge in matters to such registration, or failed to perform normal business obligations, the application shall be denied and a hearing scheduled with Appeals Board.
C. The lending of any certificate or the obtaining of permits thereunder for any other person shall be deemed cause for revocation. A building contractor's registration certificate issued by the City is not transferable, and violation of this provision is a cause for revocation in addition to other penalties in this Code.
